He was predeceased by: his parents, Taze Lowe and Roma Jane Ramey Lowe; his former wife Elizabeth Ann McKinney Lowe (Libby); his sisters, Clara Lee Brown (Tootie), Catherine Marie Vogt and Jennie Vee McDowell; and his great grandchild Dustin Everidge.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Draper Lowe; his daughter Pamela Lowe Hensley of Winchester, KY; his granddaughters, Beth Everidge (Jeff) of Nicholasville, KY, Maggie Lowe of Shelbyville, KY and Catherine Lowe of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his great grandchildren, Jared Lowe of Nicholasville, KY, Julia Wallace of Nicholasville, KY, Tyler Everidge of Georgetown, KY and Sierra Everidge of Nicholasville, KY; his children, Katy Lynn Garber (John) of Burlington, NC, Allison Gant (Eddie) of Burlington, NC and Joe Draper III (Sharon) of Burlington, NC; his grandchildren, Edmund Gant III of Burlington, NC, Olivia Gant of Columbia, SC and Gray Garber of Burlington, NC.; Deatrich Kirkpatrick.
