Hicks (Stephanie) of Ashland, KY and Stephanie Richendollar of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Joshua Howard (Brie), Brandon Howard, Kali Hulett (Mike), Angel Hannah (Brian), Lillian Richendollar (Greyson), Alexis Richendollar (Tyler), Ethan Sparks and Garrett Hicks; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Jaxson, Burklie, Parker and Evelyn; and his siblings, John W. Hicks of Russell, KY, Anna Perkins (Greg) of Ashland, KY, Sharon Warner (Marvin) of Russell, KY, Janice Alexander (Doug) of Ashland, KY, Nancy Menshouse (George) of Ashland, KY and Cathy Gillum of Ashland, KY.
