He was predeceased by: his parents, Darlene Blevins Rigsby and Robert T. Jobe, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kerns Jobe; his children, David M. Jobe (Leighann) of Ashland, KY, Josh King (Stephanie) of Morehead, KY and Mandi King Wilson (Zach) of Huntington, WV; and his siblings, Wayne Jobe of Ashland, KY, Aaron Jobe of Indiana, Scheryl Caldwell (Kendall) of Ashland, KY and Tammy Gedeon (Mike) of Ashland, KY.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
