He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Lincoln Garner and Dorothy Sue Dotson Garner; his wife Ellinore Florence Haggard Garner; his sister Dorothy Jean Ling; his children, Andrew Canon Garner of Ashland and Joy Jobe (Shane) of Argillite; his grandsons, Robert Logan Jobe and Brayden Cooper Jobe; and his brother William Christian Garner (Robin) of Charlotte, NC. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
