He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Willis and Faye Norris Willis. He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Willis; his wife Grace Willis; his children, Janie Scripter (Ryan) of Fort Eustis and James R Willis of Ashland; his nephew Tyler Barber; his brother-in-law James C. Barber (Rose); and his grandchildren, Alena Scripter, Baylen Scripter and Grace Scripter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
