We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2020, at the age of 50, Robin Phipps of Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robin Phipps to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her mother Charlotte Williams Coburn; and her sister Barbara Gale Coburn. She is survived by: her daughter Courtney Kinder of Ashland; and her stepchildren, Christian Phipps of West Virginia, Joycelyn Phipps of West Virginia and Madison Phipps of West Virginia. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Due to Kentucky's Covid-19 Mandated Restrictions, funeral services will be private.
