He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hager and Patricia Vance Cook; his daughter Christal Cook; and his sister Joyce Gillum. He is survived by: his wife Jonna Mowery Cook of Ashland; his son Jeff Knipp (Renae) of Ashland; and his siblings, Ronnie Cook (Sue) of Kokomo, IN and Darlene Marshall (Michael) of Rush, KY. He is also survived by two grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and good friends.
