He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred "Junie" and Melodie Burton Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Jordan Wilson; his children, Jake Sutton of Russell, KY and Emma Sutton of South Shore, KY; his brothers, Nicholas and Daniel Wilson; his grandmother Evelyn Warden; and his stepchildren, Alexia Jordan, Alainna Wheeler and Devin Wheeler. He is also survived by three granddaughters and a grandson.
