He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue McKenzie of Ashland, KY; his children, Jeffery Ronald Runyon (Julie) of Ashland, KY, Warren Bryson Rayburn (Amy) of Cincinnati, OH, Ronda Kay Runyon of Lexington, KY and Jeri Lynn Wright (Bill) of Ashland, KY; and his sister Ruth Jarvis (Joe) of Ellisville, MO. He is also survived by Six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
