We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2021, at the age of 74, Roscoe Miller of Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Sr. Miller and Ruth Ralls Miller; his son Duran Morris; and his brother Roger Miller. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Morris Miller of Ashland; his children, Chris Morris of Ashland, Tasha Morris of Ashland and Leanna Ruth Cunningham (Eugene) of Tampa; his siblings, William Miller of Ashland, Nathan Miller of Lexington, Carolyn Sue Thomasson of Ashland and Brenda Allen of Huntington; and his grandchildren, Terrance and Marissa Cunningham.
