It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Naomi Hall (Ashland, Kentucky), who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carpenter and Hazel Horn Carpenter; and her husband Price E. Hall Jr.. She is survived by: her grandson Travis Alan Hall; her children, Charles Gregory Hall (Devonna) of Cement City, Jeffery Eugene Hall (Annette), N. C., Timothy Alan Hall (Pamela K.) of Ashland and Melanie Lynn Barker (Larry) of Ashland; and her siblings, William Carpenter of Ashland and Roxie Hable (Charlie) of Louisville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
