She is survived by: her husband Aster Carl Hayes of Ashland; her children, Carl Alan Hayes (Marty) of Memphis, TN and Pamela Perkey; her grandchildren, Stacey Cassity, Matthew Earls and Lindsay Spencer; her great grandchildren, Samantha Stafford, Tyler Stewart, Savanna Cassity, Christian Spencer, Hailey Cassity and Chloe Spencer; her brother Ronald Sowards of Tennessee; and her friends, Rheta and Jim Loy.
