She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Sparks and Alva Mae Ratcliffe Sparks; her husband James K. Williams; her son Steven Williams; and her granddaughter Jamie Jo House.

She is survived by: her sister Patsy Lyon (Charley) of Huntington, WV; her great grandchildren, Amanda Crace and Stephen Alexander; and her grandson-in-law Taylor House.
