She is survived by: her children, Paul Manning Jr of Ashland and Andrea Hill of Punta Gorda; her siblings, Raymond Justice Jr of Mason County, WV, David Bruce Justice of Delbarton, WV, Mary Evans of Chattaroy, WV, Patricia Dawson of Pataskala, OH, Mildred Wyatt of Ashland, Martha Cisco of Sandusky, OH and Gladys Hatfield of Ashland; her grandchildren, Gregory Hill, Abby Caines, Lindsey Caines, Ashbey Manning and Jacob Manning; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden Wells, Sadie Hill, Madilyn Hill and Alex Hill.
