She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Nettie and Irvin Wages; her husband Charles D. Mobley; her son Steven Davis Mobley; and her brother Darrell Dawson.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandi West (Dale) of South Point, OH; her grandchildren, Nicole West Terry (Matthew) of Ashland and Casey West (MacKenzie) of Chesapeake, OH; her great grandchildren, Coltyn West, Hudsyn Terry and CharLee Terry; and her siblings, Kent McClanahan of Lexington, KY, Diane Tackett of Michigan and Paulette Marker. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
