She is survived by: her husband Russell Adkins of Westwood; her children, Tyler Adkins of Ashland, Ashley Snyder of Ashland and Lindsay Adkins of Ashland; her siblings, LeRoy Dixon of Ashland, Ed Dixon of Ashland, Tim Dixon of Ashland and Sue Zornes of California; and her grandchildren, Izayah Conroy, Nolan Hamm and Eleanore Snyder.
