She is survived by: her husband William Ray Hensley; her sons, William Dale Hensley (Heather) of Ashland and Steven Aaron Hensley of Ashland; her brother Dale "Rick" Miller (Donna) of Ashland; her sister-in-law Sandra Workman of South Point, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Isabel Hensley and Koen Hensley. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
