With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Oakley (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Pawnee, Illinois, who passed away on April 29, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd "Bud" Watson and Leona Persinger Watson; her husband James Robert Oakley; and her siblings, David L. Watson, Robert L. Watson and Janet K. Abel.
She is survived by: her children, James W. Oakley of Sciotoville, Teresa Oakley of Ashland, KY and Cindi Farrow (John) of Lexington, KY; her siblings, Kenneth Watson (Debbie) of Wheelersburg and Pamela Watson of Chatham, IL; her grandchildren, Philip Bibbey, Samantha Young (Joshua), Mary Bibbey (Tim Adkins), Jaimeson Oakley, Caroline Webb and Cameron McIntosh; and her great grandchild Jackson Bibbey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
