He is survived by: his wife Beulah Davis Oney of Summit; his children, Silas Craig Oney (Kathryn) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Deborah Conley (Paul "Corkie") of Summit and Theresa Haney of Ashland; his siblings, Michael H. Oney (Carla) of Flatwoods, KY, Wanda Faye Tackett of Lexington, KY, Frances Stone Leibee of Westwood, Virginia Cordle of Westwood and Dorothy Yates of Flatwoods; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Batten, Amy Mounce, Amber Dalton, Kelly Chapman, Jessica Stewart, Katelin Oney, Alissa Oney and Jason Oney. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; and a host of loving extended family members and dear friends.
