Monn of Greenup County, Jalyssa Moore, Jeremiah Moore, Madison Moore and Shayne Self; his siblings, Molly Stotler of Hagerstown, MD, Vivian Powell of Waynesboro, PA, Dennis Monn of Hagerstown, MD, Harry Monn of Martinsburg, WV, Lawrence Monn of Waynesboro, PA and Nevin Monn of Waynesboro, PA; his grandchildren, Mikayla Monn, Kaitlyn Monn, Josh Monn, Rylea Monn, Hunter Monn, Skylar Monn, Cheyenne Ritchie, Brittany Monn, Timmy Monn and Connor Monn; and his great grandchildren, Walker James Woolums and Braden Johnathan Payne. He is also survived by extended family and good friends.
