He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Tackett and Martha Lewis Tackett; and his wife Mary Susan "Sue" Tackett. He is survived by: his son Matthew Tackett (Trista) of Westwood; his siblings, Alan Tackett (Sarah) of Flatwoods, Wayne Tackett (Brenda) of Raceland, Randy Tackett (Brenda) of Wurtland, Ronnie Tackett (Mary) of Greenup and Diane McWhorter (Bill) of Raceland; his grandchildren, Natalie and Marista Tackett of Westwood; and his mother-in-law Frances Stone Leibee of Westwood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
