She was predeceased by: her parents, James Prater and Hazel Adams Prater; her husband Charles Wayne Worthington; and her son Mark Worthington. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Prater of Greenup and Charles Worthington of Ashland, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Ginger Prater, Eric Worthington (Hannah), Marcus Worthington, Charlie Worthington and Jesse Worthington.
