He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth Manning and Paul Manning; his wife Linda Huff Manning; his children, Jason Manning of Ashland and Sara Miller (Brian) of Ashland; his sister Teresa Leonhart of Greenup; his sister-in-law Mertice Manning of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Lexie Miller, Griffin Miller, Jonas Manning, Jossalyn Manning, Josiah Manning and Joyanna Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; along a host of extended family and friends.
