He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edward and Shirley Nethercutt Moore; and his siblings, Donald E. Moore Jr. and Jenny Lou Ison. He is survived by: his wife Linda Runyon of Ashland; his sons, Christopher Thomas Moore (Amy Wick Moore) of Minnesota and Joshua Matthew Moore (Stephanie Yates Moore) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Jacob Moore, Jadon Moore, Katelin Moore of Lexington and Lydia Moore of Minnesota; his close friend Sammy; and his brothers, Big and Paul Frazier.
