She is survived by: her parent Ethel Ball Faulkner; her daughters, Mary Webb of Catlettsburg, Linda Hicks, Loren Sines and Sandy Holbrook of Ashland; her siblings, Bill Faulkner of Sarasota, FL and Betty Hayes of Ashland; her grandchildren, Jeremy Webb, Jamie Webb, Jessica Evans, Jason Hicks, Jared Hicks and Sean Sines; and her great grandchildren, Avery Webb, Eden Smith, Grahm Smith, Samuel Webb, Wyatt Webb, Bella Webb, Wiley Evans and Lincoln Evans. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
