He is survived by: his caregiver Danielle Daniel; his children, Austin Ray Daniel (Hannah) of Lexington and Kacey Marie Newsome of Genoa, WV.; his daughter-in-law Caylin France of Wayne, WV; his grandchildren, Aubree May France of Wayne, WV and Carter Ray Daniel of Lexington; his mother-in-law Maxine Perry of Dunlow, WV; his brother Brian Daniel of Ashland, KY.; his adoptive mother Donna Colegrove; his sister Denise Messer; and his niece Hailey Messer.
