He is survived by: his wife Jo Lynette Cossett Kazee; his daughter Penny Hornbuckle (Bob) of Cincinnati, OH; his grandson Jonathon Murray (Jaime) of Ashland; his great grandchild Colson Murray of Ashland; and his sibling's children, Terri Everman (Dan) of Flatwoods and Larry Dean Miranda (Teresa) of West Virginia. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
