He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Lois Hamlin (Hayes); and his sister Cathy Lynn Clutters. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Jamie Pennington (Jason) of Ironton, OH, Janice Rose (Chris) of South Point, OH and Joshua Clutters (Michelle) of Ironton, OH.
