Tina Hill Johnson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tina Hill Johnson of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Dean and Helen Harmon Hill; her daughter Megan Rhea Johnson; and her stepmother Kathy Hill. She is survived by: her son David Maxwell Johnson of Lexington, KY; her sisters, Deanna Ballard (Andrew) of Proctorville, OH and Melanie Sennett (Larry) of Lexington, KY; her stepsister Melissa Slone (Jerry) of Milton, WV; David L. Johnson of Ashland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
