She is survived by: her parent Ada Davis Adkins; her son Jeffrey G. Tackett of Westwood, KY; her brother Jack Adkins of Boyd County, KY; and her grandson Jeffrey D. Tackett (Hope Crooks). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
