He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Charles and Mary Frances Berger Czeskleba; and his brother Arthur Czeskleba. He is survived by: his wife Cinda Kramer Czeskleba of Ashland, KY; his children, Alex Czeskleba of Ashland, KY and Jessica Michelle Young (Philip) of Prospect, KY; his granddaughter Riley Young; his brother Herbert Michael Czeskleba (Carol) of Atlanta, GA; and his cousins, Amy Meyers of Columbus, OH, Beth Lopez of Hollywood, FL and Michael Czeskleba of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
