We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2021, at the age of 86, Virginia Marie Brooks of Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rennie G. Manning and Marie Mitchell Manning; her husband Jesse Willard Brooks; and her siblings, Rennie Manning, Jr., Ralph Manning, Betty Tackett and Joyce Leighty.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Brooks (Terri Ann) of Ashland, KY, Susan Tussey (Donald) of Ashland, KY and Terry Brooks (Sue) of Flemingburg, KY; her grandchildren, Michael "Mike" Brooks, Joshua "Josh", Ryan Tussey, Titia Dotson, Tonya Handy, Thomas Phillps and Brian Brooks; her brother Ronald Manning of Greenup, KY.; Frank Hulett. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
