He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clay Mynhier Sr. and Margaret Kinzer Mynhier; and his sister Rebecca McCoy. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Kristen McCoy Epperly of Ashland, KY, Mary Frances Mynhier of Louisville, KY and John L. Mynhier of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by cousins and beloved friends.
