He was predeceased by: his parent David Jerome Fish; and his brothers, Byron M. Fish, Carlos R. Fish and Ronald L. Fish. He is survived by: his parent Helen Mundy Fish Williams; his son Timothy Austin Fish (Tiara Khalid) of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, David J. Fish Jr. (Deborah) of Weirton, WV, Adriennia Reed (Darrell) of Erlanger, KY and Birdell Thomas of Ashland; and his former wives, Kathy Bostick and Cindy Carter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
