He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Stevens and Vada Lake Erie Stevens; his wife Joyce Anne Clark Minnehan; his daughter Karina Minnehan; and his brothers, Carl of Walter, David, J. D. and Harlan "Buck" Minnehan.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Moore (Mark) of Ashland; his sister Myrna Denney (Michael) of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Aaron Moore and Amanda Moore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
