He is survived by: his children, William A McGuire II of Parkersburg, WV and Ashly McGuire of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Kaliee Richart, Laiden Owens and Brayden Owens of Ashland; and his siblings, Kenneth McGuire (Verna), Tim McGuire of Ashland, Dawn Collins (Bucky) and Bobbi Reffitt (Tim). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended family and friends.
