He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynn "Kitty" Conley Holt; his siblings, Stephen Holt (Linda) of Raceland, KY and Kathy Holt of Jacksonville, FL.; and his nieces, Chaille Holt of Cincinnati, OH and KatyShay Kennedy of Jacksonville, FL..
