He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Kouns Fultz of Ashland; his children, Susan Ramey (Yancy) of Ashland, James Benson Strother of Ray, OH and William Craig Fultz of North Carolina; his brothers, Ronald Fultz (Jan) of Ashland and James Robert "Bob" Fultz (Pam) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Lauren Ramey Burnside (Duncan) of Ashland and Daniel Ramey (Jenna) of Ashland; and his great grandchildren, Madalon Burnside, Cameron Burnside, Kieran Burnside, Brynlee Ramey and Gunner Ramey.
