He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Parrard Watson and Whitfield P. Watson; his wife Georgia Fannin; his brother Whit; and his daughter Karen Watson.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy (Larry); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Peters (Derek), Stacey Wilson, Shawn Wilson (Kellie), Kristin Haas (Rick) and Jason Wilson (River). He is also survived by five great granddaughters and one great grandson.
