He is survived by: his wife Susan "Vicki" Minor Waggoner; his children, Nichole Waggoner Cook (Joe), Marnie Waggoner of Ashland and Jason Waggoner of Midway; his brother Tony Waggoner (Paulette) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Haleigh Waggoner, Enock Evans, Isaack Evans, Elizabeth Cook and Hunter Campbell; and his great grandchild Charleigh.
