She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Stepp and Anna Meddings Stepp; and her former husband Robin Bown. She is survived by: her husband Roger Brown of Ashland; her children, Tijuana Douglas (James) of Fredericktown, OH, Delmer Horsley (Susie) of Fremont, OH and Michael Barnett (Adria) of Brooksville, FL; her siblings, Wayne Stepp (Gail) of Ironton, OH, Eddie Stepp of Columbus, OH, Freda Romans (Glenn) of Ceredo, WV and Barbara Brown of Columbus, OH; and her grandson Seth Magnetic (Morgan). She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Wilma's memory should be directed to Precision Cancer Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
