Barbour; her sisters, Betty Adkins of Parkersburg, WV and Joann Dean of Huntington, WV; her parents, Jonah Whitt and Lottie Mae Whitt of Huntington, WV.; her sister Bonnie Justice of Belpre; her children, Jennifer Holbrook (Dwight) of Fairfax, VA, Richard Barbour (Mary) of Berea, KY, Laura Highfield (Tim) of Catlettsburg, KY and NanaBar; her grandchildren, Becky Ritchey (Steven), Melissa Walker, Eric Holbrook (Tea), Rick Barbour (Robin), Timothy Highfield, Natalie Gray (Ed) and Melanie Sammons (Joey); her great grandchildren, Allison, Caylin, Julia, Nick, Emily, Naomi and Kate; her grandmother Gege; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Adam, Matthew, Wyatt, Blake and Carter. She was also cherished by her three children, 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
