He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barrow and Mary Gearheart Barrow; his son Lonnie Maurice Tolbert; and his siblings, Raymond Barrow, Alexzine Foley, Loretta Barrow, Marmetta Barrow, Beverly Edwards and Mary Barrow.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra D. Deer of Ashland; his sister Anyetta Johnson (Mike) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Uriah Tolbert Mario Tolbert, Kayla Bennett, Rachelle Bare, Courtney Remines, Addie Tolbert and J'Sean Tolbert; his nephew Charlie Johnson of Ashland; his close friend Linda "Boots" Carey; his granddaughter Tameka Smith of North Carolina; Tamara Cannoy of Ashland. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
