She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Phelps and Walter Phelps (Nick); and her brother Neal Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Charles Green; her sons, Jeff Green (Brittany Wollin), Chuck (Nicole Green), Wally (Eileen Green) and Michael Green of Ashland; her grandchildren, Ashley Green (Luke), Dakota Green (Madeline), Griffen Green, Hayden Green and Will Green; her siblings, Shelia Barbour (Jeff) and Nick Phelps; her sister-in-law Brenda Phelps; and her mother-in-law Alice Robinette. She is also survived by one brother-in-law and five sisters in law, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
