Virginia Yvonne Poe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Yvonne Poe (Augusta, Kentucky), who passed away on December 12, 2020 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Virginia Yvonne Poe to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Millard Taylor and Ida Taylor (Riggs); her husband Raymond "Newt" Poe; her son Gary Poe; and her brother Glenn Taylor.
She is survived by : her children, Dane Poe (Connie) of Lexington and Melanie Thornsbury (Jerry Dale) of Augusta; and her daughter-in-law Linda Poe. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
There will be private services for the family. The following men were requested to be pallbearers by Jenny, Ronnie Jett, Craig Miller, Fred Thornsbury, Ronnie French, Dennis Taylor, and Charlie Schwietzer. Due to COVID-19 pallbearers were family members.
Memorials may be made to Maple Grove Cemetery.
