She was predeceased by: her parents, John Goodin and Elizabeth Linville Goodin; her husband Billy Smith; her siblings, James Goodin, Jackie Neal, Buddy Goodin and Mary Ledford; and her granddaughter Michelle Beckett.
She is survived by: her sons, John C. Smith of Barbourville and Jason B. Smith of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Crystal Cobb and Johnathan Witt; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Sarah, Ollie, Kylie, Brailee, Brogan, Grant, Kelcie, Hannah and Noah; and her great great grandchild Walker.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Knox Funeral Home (325 Knox St, Barbourville, KY 40906).
