He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Jones and Bessie Girdner Jones; and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Jones of Barbourville; his son Douglas Edmond Jones of Barbourville; his brother Bobby Jones of Los Angeles, CA; his granddaughter Ashley Leann Jones; and his great grandchildren, Avery James and Penelope Quinn Mathews. He is also survived by his wife, son, granddaughter and great grandchildren.
