She is survived by: the father of her children George McAdams of Barbourville; her sons, David McAdams (Amy) of Barbourville and George McAdams Jr. (Amanda) of Barbourville; her brothers, Albert Mills (Becky) of Barbourville and Johnny Mills (Wendi) of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Whitney Hampton, Kelsey Thomas (Jesse) and Megan Warren; and her great grandchildren, Ellie and Luke Thomas.
