She is survived by: her husband Jude Spalding; her children, Brittany Mouser (Brandon) of Bardstown, Shannon Newton (Brian) of Bardstown, Stacey Spalding (Timmy Smith) of St. Francis and Scott Spalding (Trish) of Loretto; and her siblings, Frances McCullum (Mac) of Florida, Mary Ellen Rarden of Louisville, Donna Allen of Bardstown, Myra Knopp of Bardstown, Bernie Hall (Mary) of Indiana and Willie Hall (Mary Lynn) of Bardstown. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
