He was predeceased by : his parents, William T. Hutchins and Joan L. Hutchins. He is survived by : his wife Tracy Shelburne Hutchins; his children, Will Hutchins and Ellen Hutchins; and his siblings, Tony Hutchins (Susan) and Tina Jewell of Bardstown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
